Please make sure that your analyses contains all of the following and is the valuation for private to private transaction:
1. Estimation of cash flows.
2. Estimation of a discount rate.
3. Estimation of the long-term growth rate/terminal value (if needed).
4. Estimate of the equity value and share price.
Please note that you need to:
– submit all your analyses and calculations in a Word document showing your calculations. Supporting Excel files (if any) and Financial Statements should be uploaded in addition, but not be considered while grading. Please do not refer to your Excel file for answers and calculations.
