“Rebuilding Strength: A Plan to Make the Varsity Baseball Team”

directions are in file i have gave you situation
PART 1
A 16 year old male is trying out for his high school varsity baseball team in Cortland, NY. He has been playing baseball for 12 years, so he is experienced in the skills required for the sport. His interests involve playing baseball and golfing. He is moderately active and lifts weights 3-4 times per week. Two years ago, at 14 years old, he tore his UCL (ulnar collateral ligament) in his right arm. Since then, he has fully healed but is worried about retearing it.
The student wants to continue rebuilding strength in his arm and refining the fundamental skills in baseball so that he can make the team. These improvements will also lead him to feel more confident when using his rehabilitated arm and may transfer over to elevate his golf skills.
The goal is to help the student improve all the skills he needs to make the varsity baseball team, including those that diminished due to his injury.
