Write a paper in which you make an argument for using the Seeing Rape performances in freshman orientation as a campus rape prevention program. You have now learned a great deal about gender, sex, sexuality, and culture in our class. Use the concepts you have learned to make your arguments. Make sure to make references to the eight plays you saw. Before starting, make a list of anthropology concepts and how they apply to the different short plays of the show as you construct your argument.

Body Paragraphs: an argument grounded in anthropology theory learned such as gender roles, intersectionalities, cross-cultural and historical variation, etc. and supported by evidence from the show. Conclusion

There will be a 4-6 page analysis essay where students will be asked to explore a topic that is covered in class. The goal is to analyze said topic. This is not a book report but an exploration paper. A minimum of 4-5 academic sources (articles, written publications, etc.) should be used but students are encouraged to use more.
