“Exploring the Impact of Daily Activities and Lifestyle Habits on Step Counts: A Case Study” Volunteer Name: [Insert Name] Pedometer/Step-Counting App: [Insert Type] Interview Questions: 1. Can you

Find a volunteer who agrees to participate in this assignment. Ensure they have a pedometer, or a step-counting smartphone app. Prepare a list of questions to ask your volunteer regarding their daily activities, exercise routines, and lifestyle habits that may impact their daily step count.
Conduct a 15–20-minute interview with your volunteer, recording their responses. Instruct your volunteer to wear the pedometer or keep their smartphone app running to track their daily steps
for a minimum of one week. Create a table to record the data, including the date and total
number of steps for each day. Analyze the collected data to identify trends, variations, and any
patterns in your volunteer’s daily step counts. Calculate the average step count for the week and consider factors discussed in the interview that might explain variations in the step count. Write a 2–3-page report (including the data table) in current APA format summarizing the interview findings and the daily step count data analysis. In addition, describe what laboratory test measuring Total Energy Expenditure you would choose for this volunteer if they were your client and explain why you chose this test. Make sure to maintain ethical considerations and privacy when collecting and reporting data from your volunteer.
