Use the four articles dealing with pollution: I would like you to talk about water pollution, and its effects on health of humans, organisms, and ecosystems. Feel free to bring in information from lecture, and from the documentaries.

For this lab activity, open the file shown below and follow the instructions given within. Submit your write up in the submission area no later than the deadline shown.
Be sure to follow the lab write-up instructions given in the class orientation Module or your lab will not be graded! Use complete sentences using your OWN words, units of measurement, and justify answers with evidence/information from the lab, where applicable.
Any work that is submitted must be legible to the professor or it won’t be graded.
As is often the case, from the time of the writing of the worksheet to current time, some of the links in the worksheet may not work as the Aquarium and others change their websites. Your options are to:
Check below for updates I have posted on functioning links,
Delete part of the end of the URL links on the failed site
“Google” the topic to get to a current site–use the words in the original URL (not the full address) as search terms, or
Contact the professor! This needs to be done the day before the deadline to allow enough time to work out a solution. But, you are all clever enough to think through a solution as well!

If you downloaded the original versions, then many of the links in that document have been moved; for alternates see below:
For Questions 18-25, the second link seems to have changed to this one: https://sanctuarysimon.org/monterey-bay-nms/geology/
The MARINE LIFE first two links have also been changed so you will need to start here, select the animal, then you can see the exhibits: https://www.montereybayaquarium.org/animals/habita

As web links change frequently–faster than I can sometimes keep up with to update the document; so, it is possible for you to run into errors or broken links. If this is the case, it is suggested that you:
Use the topic (or names of locations, for example or look at the information you need in the question) and do a search using an internet search engine such as Google or Bing, etc. Be careful and avoid sites that are not secure so that you do not inadvertently get a computer virus or hacked account.
Read the instructions as these sites are often options.
