“Promoting Diversity and Inclusion: A Case Study of Kellogg’s Co.”

The final paper requires you to apply course content to an actual U.S. company that you have selected based on: 1) your personal interest in the company and 2) the accolades the company has received because of their recent diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Continuing on from your proposal, using the approved organization and the 5 different sources (both Internet based and from newspapers, magazines and research articles) provide:
-A brief background about the organization and its main business
-The company’s motivation for implementing inclusive practices (e.g., major lawsuit, CEO’s vision, etc.)  [Be certain to identify the issue or problem that is being overcome by the inclusive practices]
-The nature and extent of the inclusive programs and practices – analyze the programs/initiatives using the Inclusive Workplace Model and make sure that you cover all 5 levels of the model.  [Be certain to include background information about the problem(s) and how the problem is overcome by the inclusive practices].  [Does the analysis of the programs/initiatives 1) present multiple perspectives and 2) describe how the programs/initiatives solve the problem?]
-Evidence of outcomes (e.g., more satisfied employees, better PR, etc.)
