Reflections Aligned to NELP Standards.
The reflections should be written in professional prose, single-spaced, and aligned to the NELP Standards. The reflection should clearly demonstrate that the intern has considered the substance of the NELP Standard Component (e.g., NELP 1.1, 1.2, etc.) and made an effort to make explicit links between the standard and her internship experience. To the extent possible, interns should provide evidence of their activities as artifacts obtained during the completion of their field experience. It may be helpful to structure each reflection using the same format:
Initial Understanding of the Standard;
Applicable Learning and Experiences Derived through the Internship Experience;
Current Understanding of the Standard
NELP Substandard Components
