Paul
and Joan decide to set up a Restaurant in the Sydney CBD. They come to your
office and seek your advice in setting up their new business venture and would
like a letter of advice that assists them in the process.
Task
You are to draft a letter
of advice that should address the following:
1. The
availability of the various business structures in Australia;
2. The
process to register a business structure and costs
3. The
requirements of setting up the business such as applying for an ABN, website,
etc
The whole letter is to be drafted keeping in mind that the clients are living in Sydney, Australia.
Advice which business structure is most suitable and how much budget do they need, what all will be the requirements neccesary for them to consider before starting business.
