Company Overview: A deeper look into one of the selected companies
Stakeholder Profiles: Detailed profiles of the stakeholders in this company
Why Pleo: Reasons why this company would benefit from Pleo’s solutions
(This is even more important, and needs to be very well explained as to why this is the best one) 
Slide 6: Outbound Strategy Overview
Approach: Outline of your multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, calls etc)
Tools and Resources: Mention of tools like Lusha, Hubspot, Salesloft as per the role description 
Show the outbound steps/strategy you will need to reach one of the 3 Key companies you have picked on the first point. 
Slide 7&8 – Contact email 
Write the first touch point of this cold outbound strategy for the above 2 stakeholders. 1 email towards a decision maker (e.g. CFO/VP finance) and one customised email (rest of the relevant target prospects (other stakeholder)). 
Write the full emails and below each one, an explanation of them as to why. 
Slide 9: Handling Common Objections
List of Potential Objections: Cost, security, implementation etc
Prepared Responses: Detailed responses to these objections, backed by data or anecdotes and personal reflection 
Slide 10: Conclusion
Summary of Key Points: Recap of what was presented
Value Proposition: Reinforce how you can contribute to Pleo’s goals as an SDR
Closing Remark: Express enthusiasm for the potential to contribute and grow with Pleo
