Professional Letter Recommending Accommodations for Natossia Hernandez’s Disability Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that I have been Natossia Hernandez’s Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the past 15 years. She was

Reword and write the following letter in a professional way .
To who it may concern:
I am writing this to let you know that I have been Natossia Hernandez’s Vacational Rehabition Counsel for almost 15 years. She changed counselors before getting me. Natossia has OCPD and a Learning disability. Her disability requires structure and adoption. Therefore here are my recommendations for School and the workplace. I did write this and it was not enough so I am adding what I did write along with the accommodations
This letter serves as certification that Natossia Nicole Anderson-Hernandez is an
individual with a documented disability, identified by the Texas Workforce
Solutions Vocational Rehabilitation Services policy and can be considered for
employment under the Schedule A hiring authority 5 CFR 213.3102 (u) for people
with intellectual disabilities, severe physical disabilities, or psychiatric disabilities.
Thank you for your interest in considering this individual for employment. You
may contact me with any questions.
Work Place accommodations
The schedule should be from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm central time 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 6:30 am to 3 pm
The job should allow time to learn the job and she should not be judged like other employees when elevation calls or job performance as long as she improves and is given time she will pick it up
I do not recommend a male supervisor if they do not understand people with OCPD mild learning disability or dyslexia.
I also do not recommend that she be moved around a lot it can disrupt her learning.
If she is with a supervisor she trusts it more of an advantage to the company because it allows her to grow.
It is strongly recommended that she work in a home environment due to her OCD and mild learning disability because it does not bring on added unnecessary stress.
Natossia is a hard worker but jobs can prevent a lack of interest in the job if they still with the recommendation I stated.
School Recommendation
1.Extra time on assignments
2. Allow time to comprehend the discussion and assignment in itself
3.  Allow to look at examples of the assignment Natossia is a show-and-tell type of person.
I am moving to a different department this week. But this is my recommendation as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. It is Up to the job and the school to listen but I have done my job as A professional Job counselor and Job coach I gave my recommendation I will be moving on to a different job within the state. But This is my recommendation. I will no longer be her job counselor.

Title: Improving Mental Health Wellness Checks: Exploring Program Enhancements Research Question: What program enhancements can be implemented to encourage individuals to engage in mental health wellness checks? 1. Yes, the problem is encapsulated in a single question.

What kind of programs can be improved apon to encourage mental health wellness checks……..
Is the problem encapsulated in a single question?
Is it clear that this problem can be approached through social science research (instead of theoretical or speculative reasoning or natural science methodology)?
What biases do you have as you study this problem? This is important to consider because you will need to continually examine your questions and methods for bias throughout the semester.
If you were going to study this problem for real, could it be accomplished with reasonable expenditure of time and money?
Does it have potential for providing important information? Good research problems are usually more complex than yes/no questions.
Is it focused enough that you could design a research proposal that would address your question and provide answers?
Write your research question as the heading of your research journal. Evaluate if your question is viable and important by answering the six questions above. Identify and briefly summarize at least two previous academic research studies that examined this topic.

“Rethinking Affirmative Action in Higher Education: Examining the Supreme Court Decision and Exploring Alternative Solutions for Diversity and Inclusion”

***TITLE AND WORKS CITED PAGE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN WORD COUNT***
***PLEASE USE AND LOOK AT ATTACHED FILES/LINKS***
– https://www.npr.org/2023/06/29/1181138066/affirmative-action-supreme-court-decision
– https://www.insidehighered.com/news/admissions/traditional-age/2023/07/26/would-ending-legacy-admissions-improve-elite-college
– https://www.dailyprincetonian.com/article/2023/07/princeton-class-based-affirmative-action-not-progressive
***ALSO, USE THESE BUZZWORDS THROUGHOUT ESSAY***
– Intersectionality Theory, diversity, inclusion, exclusion, welfare as a part of American culture, welfare queen?, inequality, the myth of the absentee black father?
Affirmative Action Policies have long been a source of hope, controversy, and resentment among the American people.  Even as inequality along racial and gender lines persists in universities and workplaces, Americans disagree as to the best way to remediate these problems.  Please read the following articles on the recent Supreme Court decision that ended the race-based affirmative action policies which have shaped college admissions processes for decades. You will then write a speech on the issue as if you are presenting it to an academic conference hosted by National University—although you are writing it as a speech you are required to use formal, scholarly language and cite your sources properly.
Specifically, you will focus on the issue of Affirmative Action policies as they apply to college admissions, and the continuing need to address diversity in higher education by examining the policies struck down by the court and reflecting upon alternatives.
Here are the links to the articles:

The parameters for your response are as follows:
The response must be between 1150-1250 words. Students that fall short of the required word count will receive a 10% deduction.
You must cite a minimum of 3 scholarly sources—news media articles do not count as scholarly sources, only peer-reviewed journals, books, etc.  Provide data from peer reviewed sources on racial and gender inequality in higher education.  Be as specific as possible and remember to name your sources directly so that your audience knows that they are high quality and reliable.  Do not be afraid to quote sources directly with pertinent statistics or insights.
Review the traditional arguments (including relevant Supreme Court cases over the last half century) made by those who are conventionally in favor affirmative action policies and those against.  Be sure to note whether these arguments are consistent with the data made available by scholarly studies on the topic, particularly as they pertain to the issue of college admissions and diversity in higher education.  Take a clear position, either in defense of conventional affirmative action policies in higher education or you may argue for the need for a more novel approach to the topic.  Be specific in why you are taking your position and defend that position with data from peer-reviewed studies.  Remember, you are making an appeal to the public in a town hall and advocating for why your solutions are the best course of action!
You must include a works cited (not part of the word count) at the end.
Your response should include considerable reflection on the pertinent course terms and concepts, failing to reference these consistently throughout will result in a deduction.

You must utilize an appropriate documentation style, either MLA or APA, dependent on the topic of your research.
All sources must be cited in-text, throughout the body of your paper, as the correct documentation style dictates.
A correct bibliography must be included in your final paper.
The paper must be a formal research paper, following conventions established by the appropriate documentation style, MLA or APA. You should choose an insightful topic, something you know little about and/or something you really do want to research. Your paper will probably include some description, narration, comparison, analysis, and examples, all strategies we have worked on during the semester. In addition, your paper must use information from outside sources—research as a form of support for your topic.
Topic: Topic selection is your choice, but you must get your topic reviewed and approved. You must submit a Research Planning Worksheet for approval, which will be a separate assignment.
Sources: You must have at least SIX sources referenced and documented in your paper.
Your sources can be any type of source, but three of them must meet the following criteria:
One source must be from the Internet.
One source must be from a book or periodical from a library.

Research Paper Submission for Evaluation:
You will submit your completed research paper for evaluation through a submission link via Turnitin (like all of your other essay assignments).

“Reflecting on Professional Growth and Career Development: A Summative Capstone Paper”

Below are the instructions for the essay. The questions
about goals, networking, etc can have generic answers. As for the section that
asks what courses I took that were relevant to my goals, please use BUSN600 (Artificial
Intelligence in Business Practices), BUSN623 (Legal and Ethical Issues in
Management), and BUSN620 (Strategic Management). Thank you!
PROMPT:
Consider the material you have covered in Lessons and Readings and your work on your e-Portfolio artifacts this term. For example, you have reviewed and discussed: the value of ePortfolios for career planning and job search, SMART goals to create a career development plan, and transferable skills; applied your knowledge and skills to simulated business problems; reviewed the value of mentoring and practiced peer review; and created artifacts for your personal ePortfolio.
This Assignment is your summative Capstone piece. Please write a scholarly, personal reflection paper in which you examine your professional growth during your master’s program and your future plans.
For further guidance also review the Week 7 Lesson, Readings, and References linked there.
Content of your Paper: Include your thoughts on the following questions, plus other reflections you deem important:
How has your master’s program contributed to your career/life goals? Have your goals changed now since your started your program?
What were your strengths at the beginning of the program, and how did you leverage them to succeed? (List at least 3)
How will you continue leveraging these strengths going forward with your career development plan?
What were your weaknesses when you started the program, and how did you find these changed over time? (List at least 3)
For example, how did you address them?
Are they still weaknesses? Are they a concern in your career development plan?
If they are a continuing concern, what additional professional development can you do to continue growing in these areas?
Include in your paper a description of courses you took that are relevant to your reflection points (e.g. growth, strengths, career plan, artifacts, etc.); (describe at least 3).
Describe the artifacts for an ePortfolio that you created this term, the associated skills they demonstrate, and how those skills will be beneficial to an employer.
What do you see as the role of civic and social responsibility in your career plan?
How will networking, a mentor, or other personal associations play a role in the pursuit of your goals?
How will you use an ePortfolio in your career advancement?
Instructions for Structure of Your Paper:
References:
Although this paper is all about you, your work still requires research that informs your reflection.  5 references are required, with at least 2 of the 5 from scholarly sources. Most of the research you would need is included in Lessons and eReserve. but you may also find other appropriate sources.  References must be cited in text of paper, not only listed on the References list. (See Grading Rubric!)
Length:
8 to 12 pages (text, exclusive of title page and References page). Do NOT include an abstract or table of contents. (See Grading Rubric about page length evaluation!)
APA:
Follow APA 7th ed. Student Paper Format, including subheadings. See: APA Sample Paper
Components of paper:
Your paper should be organized with appropriate subheadings according to your approach to the questions in the above Prompt. It is not necessary to attach your actual artifacts to the paper. Those are in your Group Locker.
