I am a part of a group report, and the part I am given is Market analysis, you can see the details in the instructions below, its on Number 2. The report is asking for 3500 words, but when we added up the figures given below, it was only 2700, which is why we decided to increase 150 words for each task, meaning I have to write 650 words.

Your report must have a clear objective of the marketing campaign for the brand keeping in mind the season on Ramadaan.

Introduce the selected fashion brand with its mission, vision, and values
Provide a brief overview of the current state of the industry which the brand belongs to, the overall market and the importance of effective marketing in that industry.

Discuss the identified Brand Archetype
Market Analysis (500 words):
Conduct a Macro (PESTLE) and Micro (SWOT) analysis to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the proposed plan.
Competitive Analysis (500 words):
Identify key competitors of the chosen brand and analyze their marketing strategies using a Perceptual Map.
Identify potential challenges and opportunities based on the competitive landscape.
Target Audience (400 words):
Analyze current market trends and consumer preferences in the industry.
Clearly define the target audience for the plan.
Develop detailed user/buyer personas, considering demographics, interests, behaviors, and preferences.
Explain how the marketing strategies will appeal to and engage the target audience.
Marketing Strategies (800 words):
Develop a detailed marketing mix (4Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for the chosen fashion brand.
Propose innovative and creative promotional strategies, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and other relevant channels.
Include a budget allocation for each marketing strategy.
