(Study a specific virus or other infectious agent (e.g. fungal, bacterial or mycoplasmal pathogen). Work out molecular and cellular basis for pathogenicity. How does the body respond? Which medical methods are best for fighting infection? Is a vaccine available?)
Please complete the assignment regarding functions of the columns used to purify transcription factors like in the figure (attached).
