Scenario:
You have been commissioned by the hosts of one of the following events taking
place in London to provide a review of the event. In preparation for your
meeting with the hosts you have to
submit a report that provides an analysis of the event.
The work starts by selecting one of
the events stated below to investigate as a real-life case study. Do online
search about the concept and aim of each of these three events and decide which
one you are up to research and investigate. To decide on the event, you are
advised to research online resources such as the event website, social media
pages (e.g. Facebook page, Insta feeds), YouTube videos and hashtags related to
the event and any other online images and forums in which the events are
discussed.

– event 3 (charity/association

i have uploaded two files Part 1 , Part 2 so you should watch the two of them and then write a report of a case study according to the scenario and the characteristics , the objectives of the host organisation’s of the event , policy analysis (local authority’s , policy and PESTLE analysis) ,the event’s stakeholder mapping and analysis and the event product life cycle screening process& Porter’s 5 forces write maximum 2000 words not more than that follow the instructions carefully and focus on each slide and please focus on the section of stakeholders and the policy analysis and if you have any question do not hesitate to send me ASAP.
