For this final assignment, please answer the following two questions: 1. How would you re-design the program? 2. What are your main takeaways of the program? Examples of a re-design: Would you have better methods of data reporting? Would you include more/less success stories? How would you quantify “success”? What areas would you focus on improving? What would you leave the same? Examples of a takeaway: What were your assumptions about the program before your research? Are you impressed or disappointed about what you’ve learned? Would you endorse this program or recommend an overhaul? Would you want to own/ manage this program? What are your thoughts/ feelings/ questions/ concerns?
