Detroit is a fascinating place that hit rock bottom over a decade ago, but is now trying to revitalize itself. Using this video, first, explain what development challenges Detroit has using any two sub-dimensions from the Strategic Management of Place framework. Then, explain what Detroit is doing to address the two challenges you identified, using information from the video or outside sources. Next, give your best assessment of whether or not their proposed solutions will be effective. Finally, propose an additional policy measure Detroit could use to improve one of the two sub-dimensions you selected. This essay should be no longer than 1,000 words and should be submitted using 12-point font, 1 inch margins, and double spacing.
