Each student will then conduct an assessment of the agency
and community where their field placement is located. Based on the assessment,
the student will propose a macro-level intervention to address the selected
grand challenge. The intervention will not be implemented; however, the student
will submit an implementation plan. Utilize the resources available on
the  https://ctb.ku.edu/en/table-of-contents/assessment/assessing-community-needs-and-resources/develop-a-plan/examples  and the https://grandchallengesforsocialwork.org/#the-challenges websites

I have attached all the
information required to complete this paper. Each attachment has been labeled
with the pieces of information required to complete the paper. Also, FYI, since
this paper relates to “The Grand Challenge” Paper I had previously submitted to
my professor, please make sure to read it and use as much information as needed
from it as well. Below find the most important piece of this paper I would like
you to use and elaborate on this. Feel free to ask me anything you need through
chat. Thank you.
“MY PROPOSED
INTERVENTION IS TO PROVIDE MILEAGE
REIMBURSEMENT AS AN INCENTIVE SO
THAT THERAPISTS CAN CONDUCT SERVICES TO YOUTH IN THEIR HOMES, IN PERSON INSTEAD
OF VIRTUAL SESSIONS TO ENSURE A MORE SECURE HEALTHY, WELL-BEING DEVELOPMENT OF
YOUTHS”. Therefore, providing in-home clinicians with mileage reimbursement as
an incentive will contribute to being more likely to service kids within their
homes instead of virtual. This possibility will benefit youth who constantly
have a lack of attention, shorter attention spam, example ADHD.
