You will research a health issue related to nutrition and create a power point presentation. All projects must include the following:
Provide information about the health issue
How does this issue relate to nutrition
How can this issue be harmed or improved by nutrition?
What you learned from this project?
Acknowledgement of references used for the project (there should be at least a minimum of three sources; you must provide this list to me.) PRESENTATION RUBRIC
The following procedures need to be observed when doing the presentation:
1. The presentation must have a title.
2. The presentation will be graded for conceptualization, meaning how well you put ideas together.
3. Grammar, punctuation and mechanics will be graded.
4. Proper word usage will be graded.
5. Proper capitalization of words and quotation marks usage will be graded.
6. The overall quality of the written paper, meaning is it clearly written.
7. Critical thinking will be graded.
8. How well the paper was researched will be graded.
9. If the paper was interesting to read will be graded.

This week, you will find three scholarly, peer-reviewed research articles on your topic. Remember that next week you will submit a paper on Scientific and/or Mathematical/Analytical perspectives of inquiry, so use this week’s assignment to prepare materials and collect information for that purpose.
Use articles that will help you explain and describe scientific issues and/or statistical data or economic information related to your topic. You will analyze and evaluate these articles in your submission, which should include:
A brief introductory paragraph.
Three separate paragraphs, one for each of the three articles, each presenting:
A brief 3–4 sentence summary of the article (use in-text citations)
An explanation as to what makes this source credible (in the WCU Library go to Research Guides > Research Basics > Evaluating Resources)
An explanation of why the article will be useful in addressing your problem or issue
A brief conclusory paragraph
An APA Style reference list on a separate page
