Finally, discuss the impact and  implication the case had in the treatment and management of juveniles  in the criminal or juvenile justice systems and provide a personal  position with respect the Supreme Court’s ruling.  If you agree with the  ruling discuss why there was a need to change the law.  If you disagree  with the position, explain the negative implications of this ruling on  juvenile offenders.
The analysis should be a minimum of 3-5 pages in APA format and 12  point, Times New Roman font.  Use APA style rules and  use outside resources to support positions presented in relation to the  Court’s decision.  If you agree with the ruling discuss why there was a  need to change the law.  If you disagree with the position, explain the  negative implications of this ruling on juvenile offenders.
