You are completing TWO memos: one for the Jack Daniel’s case; one for the Rust case
Analyze each case with the following:
What are the Facts of the case?
What is the legal issue?
If you were on the jury, how would you find and why? Support this with sources beyond just the case itself including related laws, your textbook, other cases etc. This part should be the bulk of your analysis.
Include a cover page and reference page that should include a cite to the cases and anything else you referenced (I expect a minimum of 4 references). Your content should be about 6 pages (3 per case min.) plus cover page and reference page using this template:
