“Legal Chaos: The Consequences of Impulsive Actions” What specific court* will Ova Itall pay the speeding ticket in? Ova Itall will pay the speeding ticket in the City of Lawrenceville Municipal Court, which has jurisdiction

Uber driver, Ova Itall, picked up a passenger, Badda Day, who smelled bad.  In a hurry to drop this passenger off, Ova rushed through the streets of the City of Lawrenceville streets at 65 mph in 35 mph zones.   Ova was eventually stopped by a Lawrenceville Police Department officer for speeding and was given a citation. Ova was angry about getting the citation and having to stay in the car longer with the smelly passenger, so once out of the officer’s vision, Ova cancelled the ride and put the funky passenger out of the vehicle on Langley Drive in the City of Lawrenceville.
The funky passenger, walked down the street to the nearby courthouse to apply for a gun permit, but the court was closed.  Determined not to be punked by any more rude Uber drivers or anyone else, he went into the nearby Family Dollar and bought a baseball bat.
Meanwhile, Ova was so annoyed about getting the ticket earlier in the day, that Ova accepted a second ride, not realizing that Badda Day was the name of the same funky passenger from earlier.  When Ova arrived to the pick-up point, Badda began getting into the vehicle when Ova begins cursing and shaking his fist yelling at Badda to get out the car; before Badda could respond, the funky passenger was pushed out of the vehicle.   Badda gets up and began beating the vehicle with the new bat, knocking out the windows and lights.  A passerby sees the commotion and calls the county police, who came and arrested both Ova and Badda.
Ova Itall was charged with a misdemeanor Assault and Battery; Badda Day was charged with a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and a felony Damage to Property.
