In a minimum of 10 pages, apply your intervention mapping strategy that we have discussed throughout this course. Be sure to include:
Logic Model of the problem
Program outcomes and objectives
Program design
Program production
Program implementation plan
Evaluation plan
Incorporate your intervention design based on best practices. Design materials that you would use for your intervention in an appendix (such as pretest and post-test questions, evaluation questions brainstormed, your logic model of the problem and logic model of change, etc.)
Note: the appendix does not go towards the total page count – it must be listed as separate.
Document to be in APA format, double spaced, Arial, 12 pt font with peer-reviewed articles and in-text citations in APA 7 format.
