First. identify and discuss the 2 powers and duties of the Legislative Branch that you feel is most important to maintaining political balance and why.
Second, describe the constitutional checks that the legislative branch has over the other two branches of the government and whether you feel that these constitutional checks are effective in any current political issue you are interested in.
Last, identify the at least one Constitutional check that the each of the other two branches of the government have over the legislature. Do you believe that the checks and balances system in place today make one branch most powerful? Why or why not?
Develop a survey monkey or google form about
participation in the political process. The survey should include at least
eight questions that surveys participants’ knowledge about how to participate
in the political process. The survey should be administered to at least five
participants. Report the findings of the survey in a news release and write a
summary statement about the findings.
