“Transforming the People Management Function: A Project Plan for Organizational Change”

The video presentation follows on from these recommendations…
Imagine you are presenting the recommendations to the organisation…(probably the Management Team)
To do this, you need to very briefly recap what the problem and why it’s a problem…
Then you need to focus on each recommendation – what needs to be done and how is this going to be done. It’s a project plan! Be specific! What action, who, when, where, anticipated costs…
The rest of the guidance is in the handbook about how to write the report and record the video presentation etc, along with the mark system (definitely read this!!). Just a tip, remember that you need to use a range of references, and must include People Management/ HR publications such as:
UWTSD has subscriptions to all of these which you can access for your reading and references.
Based on your feedback, I have added in this to the Module Handbook (I didn’t want to change the actual assignment tasks at this stage). Let me know if there is anything else that would help here.
Video Presentation (28/4/24):
4. Briefly set the context
5. Using the recommendations from [3], identify what/how/when these will be implemented in depth; who will need to do what. This must include what needs to be done to develop the people management function so that they are able to lead and/or implement the changes
It is important to use references throughout (a minimum of 25 for the written assignment and a minimum of 15 for the video assignment), which must include people practitioner publications (e.g. People Management).
I have attached the amended version (see page 7), but not yet uploaded this to Moodle.

“The Use of Epoxy-Coated Reinforcing Steel for Bridges in Marine Environments: A Comprehensive Review”

I am currently pursuing a degree is Civil Engingeering with a specialty in structural engineering. I have to write a paper on the the “Use of epoxy-coated reinforcing steel for bridges in marine environments”.
I have to use a minimum of 10 sources which I have cited and attached below.
