Health and Nutrition Analysis
The purpose of the health analysis is to 1) help you gain a deeper understanding of your consumer behavior around food, 2) to help you understand how your food consumption will impact your human capital, and 3) to help you make more informed consumers decision around the foods that you eat. This assignment is linked to the following student learning objective:
Apply a decision-making strategy for decisions regarding money management.
Use online tracking tools, Excel, or other app to keep track of your food intake (what you eat, calories, fats, carbohydrates, sugar, vitamins and any other nutritional information available on the food). Whatever technology you use, it should be able to give you a print-out of pie charts/graphs showing what you have eaten, its calories, and nutritional value.
You should keep track starting the first day of class until the Monday before the project is due.
Write a one-page report answering the following two questions:
Are you increasing or decreasing your human capital?
What are the implications for you career and wealth?
