General guidance
The Reflective Report asks you to critically reflect on how you determined your job search strategy, how you implemented it and how successful it has been. Use the DIEP model (Boud, Keogh & Walker,1985) to interrogate your own experience.
Ensure you support your observations with relevant references. (A minimum of 2 references, correctly cited in the text and in the reference section.)
Your 500word report should be written formally as a critical reflection, may use the first person. The report should address the following questions:
1. How did you arrive at decisions;
2. Did you allocate sufficient time and research to your applications;
3. What have you learned from your approach?
4. Would you consider carrying out a job search differently in the future.
Be sure to have consulted some academic and professional sources advising on graduate careers and placements.
based on own experience , e.g how to gain chance to improve interview performance, please use hongkong or taiwan’s conpanies as the reference, such as pet grooming , as long as it’s related to the theme, show professional standard on the points, be realistic.

An empirical research project will be conducted based on the approved research proposal.
The research questions identified in the proposal will be answered in a business context. This will involve collecting secondary or primary quantitative and/or qualitative data, analyzing the data and writing up the findings. This assignment requires the student to produce a
2,000-word research report focused on the chosen research questions, incorporating a
critical literature review on the topic, an appropriate methodology and analysis of the findings.
