Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filing Project

This project consists of a full, complete Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filing.  You will complete it in sections, and submit the full bankruptcy for grading by the date shown above.  The project is worth 150 points.There will be 4 informative zoom session on Feb. 13 and 27, March 12 and 26.  There will be a question and answer zoom on April 9th.
You may submit, separately, individual sections to be checked prior to the final draft.
FIRST: Download Best Case Bankruptcy Software.  You will find it at this link:  https://www.bestcase.com/
Best Case allows you to use it free until you file.  You will key all information in this format, and send me the PDF files of the documents.  
You are in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
I will NOT answer questions regarding a particular section prior to the zoom meeting for that section.
Part A: You will be given a Client Questionnaire to input client information and asset information.  These go in Petition, Client information, and Schedules A, B, and C.   We will have a zoom meeting at 7:30 a.m. on February 13th to review these.  This will be recorded.
Part B:   Debts – Both Secured and Unsecured   February 27th we will have a zoom meeting at 4:00 p.m. to review these.  This will be recorded.  These debts go in Schedules D, E, and F. (F is for unsecured, like a credit card.) 
Part C:   Income Information and Check Stubs – Use these to fill in income for Schedules I and for the Means Test.  March 12th we will have a zoom meeting at 9:00 a.m.  It will be recorded..  Note that John got paid bi-weekly in 2023, and weekly in 2024.  Add up each MONTH for each person and put the amount in Form 22C and the average in the Schedule I for each person.  We will do Schedules I, J, and 22C at the same time.
Part D:  Household Expense Worksheet – This is for Schedule J.  You will have to work with it to make it balance.  This will have to balance with Part F, so just put the basics in first.   
Part E:  Statement of Financial Affairs Information.   March 26th we will have a zoom meeting at 7:30 a.m.  This will be recorded.  We will do the SOFA, the plan, and the revision of J at the same time.
Part F:  The Plan.  
Final Zoom meeting, for questions, on April 9 at 9:00 a.m.  This will not be recorded.  If you have questions and you miss the meeting, you can email me or set up a separate zoom time.
