This week, we discussed challenges within an organization. You will have an opportunity to gain insight into how to determine a challenge, what caused the challenge, whether the challenge was internal (within the organization) or external (from an outside influence), and how the challenge was resolved.
For this activity:

Follow the outline in the template to complete the activity.
Conduct an interview with your current or prior manager or leader.
During the interview, ask the following questions:
What is a challenge you faced?
In your opinion, what was the cause of the challenge?
Was the challenge internal or external?
How did you resolve the challenge?
Summarize the interview; include the questions prior to each answer using the interview template.
Explain what you learned from the interview. Is there anything you would have done differently?
