The primary objective of this assignment is to assess the learners’ understanding of the relationhship between quality and productivity and the potential impact of quality tools and techniques on organizational performance.
Learners are expected to use bibliographical information on the similarities and challenges between quality and productivity and to support their claims with evidence by applying quality tools and techniques in TQM/Lean Six Sigma projects.
