Title: “Uncovering the Root Causes of Human Trafficking in Cuba: Assessing Government Policies and Recommendations for Combatting the Issue”

Research Question to answer: What are the root causes of human trafficking in Cuba and are government policies on human trafficking enough to affect change and combat the causes?
This 6-7 page paper must have a minimum of 8  sources. This could mean a combination of articles, books, and newspapers and/or policy/Human Rights organization websites. You may also need to use policy legislation (depending on your topic) examples. Legislative laws might come from government websites or organization websites.  Whether you end up using the websites or not, you still need to have at least FIVE TOTAL PEER-REVIEWED SOURCES and three from popular sites (NYT/Washington Post/Amnesty International, etc). Thus, bibliography needs at least 8 sources (more is good!).
Start with an introduction and research question and thesis statement. Give some background to the topic and what the problem is. What do you think should be done? Have several paragraphs with examples to back up your policy recommendation/argument. Then write about the broader significance and then conclusion.
