“Exploring Interpersonal Communication: The Impact of Theories, Methods, and Workplace Diversity in Today’s World”

SPH 205 Course Project
By the end of this course, you will complete a college-level, APA format, academic research paper (800-1,000 words not including title or reference pages) on an interpersonal communication topic, perspective, theory, social issue, and/or communication problem you might experience in your chosen field of work. This will be due at the end of week 5. Your topic proposal will be due week 1, your outline is due week 3, and rough draft is due week 4.
The purpose of your Course Project is to allow you to apply information you learned in SPH205. This Course Project will allow you to provide meaningful examples of your learning and progress. The Course Project will demonstrate your proficiency of SLOs 1, 3, 5, and 9, listed below.
• Discuss the main interpersonal communication theories and their implications.
• Evaluate the changing components of communication andassess the causes and components of communicationproblems. 
• Identify methods of communication, everyday interactions,and distinguish the correlation between communication and perception. 
• Identify the significant revolutions and events that have shaped our methods of communication and evaluate the current trends and workplace diversities that impact interpersonal communication.Writing Requirements (APA format)
• 1-inch margins
• Double spaced
• 12-point Times New Roman font
• Title page with topic and name of student
• In-text citations
• References page (minimum of three resources)
• Final Draft must be 800-1,000 words (excluding the References page and Title page)
