“Real Estate Transaction Paperwork: Residential and Commercial Properties”

The following assignments must be completed for two properties: one residential and one commercial. It is not necessarily about the word count or pages but about having the correct paperwork to complete the assignment.
Purchase Agreement — Standard Residential Purchase Contract
for Projects #1; written Offer to Purchase and Contract for Project #2 property
-Preliminary Title Opinion Report for all properties
-Title Commitment for all properties
-Loan Estimate Document and Closing Disclosure Documents for
the residential property in Project #1. 
-General Warranty Deeds for all properties
-Prepare a residential Deed of Trust for Project #1 and a Promissory Note and commercial Deed of Trust for Project #2 property.
-Prepare HUD statements for both properties
-Prepare written requests for Termite Inspection, survey, and septic inspection (if applicable).
-title affidavit
-assignment of leases (if applicable)
