Title: “Reimagining Sovereignty: A Critical Analysis of Power and Resistance in Environmental Governance”

This is a highly advanced,
graduate project at an Ivy League school, and it is crucial to             adhere to
the Paper Guidelines Document attached, perfectly. Please be intimately
familiar with those guidelines, and adhere strictly to them. Level of
writing, argumentation, citation, sourcework, and critical analysis
should be at the highest level.
In addition, I have provided key document: Final Paper Proposal,
Directions, Resources. This   includes a topical focus for the paper
(including 4 key scholars and a case study),
instructions for drafting
plan, additional key sources (though the writer should expand           beyond
these), and notes on some of the sources.
I have also provided Analytic
Essay #1, in which I interact critically with those key sources, and
demonstrates the level of writing expected.
I have also attached the syllabus, which will include key sources and
thematic foci relevant   to the project, but the writer can (beyond the
four focal sources I have identified) choose which sources from the
syllabus are the most relevant to consult, for the project.
I have attached a research paper of my own for a similar course, to demonstrate the quality and style I am looking for. Please match that style and level of quality.
Finally, I have attached a number of the key scholarly resources
directly relevant to the         project (Guha, Peluso, Gilio-Whitaker, and
Ybarra). Also, Conca.
It is crucial for the course      and paper that the concept of ‘sovereignty’
be addressed and critiqued in depth, and sources will add fuel for this
task.
