Pick any real-life CROSS-SECTIONAL data (do NOT use the random number generator or anything of the sort, use secondary data).
Provide the data and the source of the data in an Excel file (a link that will actually take me to the data directly).
Using a univariate (simple OLS) regression, provide the equation of the expected relationship between the two variables.
What is the intercept, what is the beta 1 coefficient?
Comment on the quality of your model using R squared and the p-value.
Provide a prediction for any data point which is not in your sample – provide the predictor and predicted variable (the “y” and the “x”).
