Topic: Highlighting cultural and diversity troubles African Americans face
Purpose Statement: Through personal experience, background and research I will dive into the cultural and diversity troubles of African Americans and the difference amongst ethnic groups when it comes to the workplace and the schooling setting. I will highlight the expectation set and the pressure to work harder for things that are often given easier to others.
