For this research
proposal we have to improve the internal communication of hays recruitment. Currently
hays Is struggling with how to communicate certain information to the employees.

During the discussion
of my acquisition we talked about certain moments where the communication was
lacking and needed assistance. One of the moments was that certain information about
the media package that we sell to other companies was not well broadcasted. This
lead to misunderstanding and confusion in the work floor and it takes a lot of
time to correct this. This is one of the topics but there is a lot more moments
where internal communication is lacking.
We talked
about how to implement a certain way of communication style (for example Top
down bottom up) so we can implement and use certain theories.
in the document Consultancy proposal they mention Learning outcomes i will have to write this myself please don’t put time and effort in this. This is also the reason why i am asking for 2500 words and not 3000.
