Include what was done well, what was done poorly, and what was lacking in the change effort.
Instruction: Now that you are familiar with the concepts in CHAPTER 3 of Cameron and Green. Use some of the concepts from that chapter to explain why Fuyao glass factory in OHIO may have acted too late in mitigating the rising tide of discontentment within their American workers (i.e. UNIONS).
In other words, did FUYAO COMPANY adapt to change or were they do too little too late. Resulting in conflict in the organization (i.e. UNIONS)
