Identify a real organisational risk management opportunity and, through the
application of appropriate frameworks/tools and literature, critically analyse the
current practices, identify opportunities for improvement and identify the best-suited
proposal for the organisation to implement.
Present clear and plausible arguments for why the particular opportunity is chosen,
in light of your role within the organisation and the proximity to the project.
Take into consideration the external and internal factors and stakeholders, the
categories of the risks being faced. Propose a way to critically approach the risk
management within the identified project scenario and propose an action plan.
