Advances in Information Technology (IT) in Sport Management: Discuss how advances in IT over the past decade have presented dynamic opportunities and challenges in sport management. (10 pts)
Use of Analytics in Sports Decision Making: Identify sports teams or leagues that are using analytics to drive decision-making on the playing field and in business. Provide specific examples and discuss the impact of analytics on their operations. (18 pts)
IT Innovation in Sport Organizations: Choose a specific IT innovation adopted by a sport organization with which you might hope to work. Explain how the organization uses this innovation to present information and enhance its operations. (17 pts)
Pros and Cons of Data-Driven Decisions: Discuss the pros and cons of shifting to more data-driven decisions from a management perspective in the sport industry. Consider factors such as decision-making speed, accuracy, and potential challenges in implementation. (15 pts)

Be creative to strengthen your arguments with the most recent data/sources.
Ensure that your response is in paragraph form and uses at least one outside source for each question, meaning at least four (4) outside sources (excluding Wikipedia) for the entire paper to strengthen your arguments with recent data. Note that only one of the assigned readings can be used for the entire paper.
Your assignment should be at least three (3) pages in length (excluding the questions, information on the top right-hand corner, and extra space). Your response must not exceed five pages. Note that two and a half pages will not meet the three-page requirement.
Additionally, follow the writing policy accurately, as errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation will impact your grade.
