• This is a discussion that I believe is very important to interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, and public speaking. Dylan Marron has a podcast called “Conversations with People Who Hate MeLinks to an external site.”. I’d like you to pick one to listen to and give a summary of the conversation and then tell us how the conversation you picked fits into the course. As you navigate his page please note the transcripts are at the top and access to Spotify and Apple podcasts, etc, are toward the bottom of the page. • Part of the reason I want us to do this is that I heard Dylan speak and he made a comment that really stuck with me. He said something along the lines of the only way we discuss difference is through the word debate and that we are really bad at talking about our differences so I’d like us to see what we find in his podcasts.
